A Fan Project
Backstreet Boys: From the Fans

JenniferJ

Two fifteen-year old girls from upstate New York are planning the ultimate fan tribute for the Backstreet Boys. Heather and Katie (Last Names omitted because of age) have decided to show what big fans they by putting together the ultimate fan book aptly titled Backstreet Boys: From the Fans. Heather and Katie have been BSB fans for nearly five years and when they were twelve years old they decided they wanted to "give something back to the boys for all their hard work!!"

Heather and Katie were kind enough to allow BANDWIDTH to ask some questions about their project:

BANDWIDTH: What is the purpose of Backstreet Boys: From the Fans?

Heather and Katie: To give something back to the guys for all their hard work!! We want to be able tot give something back that would mean a lot t them and that is why we're taking 20% of our own profits and giving it to Brian Litterell's and Howie D's charities. Heather and Katie: The only reason we want this book published is so we can raise money for charity. Well, we also LOVE writing and bcoming published authors has been a dream for both of us.

BANDWIDTH: What will the book be about?

Heather and Katie: Basically, all of our content comes from us just being fans and having basic knowledge of the group. Our book is not a biography about the Backstreet Boys. It has many different parts and will be far from the everyday stuff!

BANDWIDTH: Is this book an authorized or fan project?

Heather and Katie: The book is simply a Fan Project and hopefully it will be a successful one.

BANDWIDTH: Do you have a publisher?

Heather and Katie: We have possible publisher chosen and we're just about ready to hand them our manuscript-which is very exciting. Then again, there is a chance that we may end up with a different publisher. We'll see what happens and we'll keep you posted.

BANDWIDTH: What are your hopes for Backstreet Boys: From the Fans?

Heather and Katie: Our hopes for this project is to mayber help just one person that (is in) need through the charity. One person may not seem like a lot, but we're sure to that person's family it would make a world of difference. There are so many positive aspects to...
