Entering the game officially in the year 2000, eccentric business man/rapper/producer PIMP-Tea has literally left an impression on the Hip-Hop world. PIMP-Tea has garnered several awards, nominations and notable accolades, including air play and live performance time for his videos and on Canada's, diverse and superior music television station, MuchMusic and its French language counterpart PIMP-Tea performing during the ECMAs ALL RIGHTS RESERVEDMusiquePlus. Founder of the Atlantic Canada Hip-Hop Newsletter, PIMP-Tea is also a writer for HipHopCanada.com and The Brunswickian. With such connections it is no wonder PIMP-Tea was able to coordinate with such talented producers and rappers.

PIMP-Tea's sophomore venture, An Urbal Remedy, borders somewhere between novelty act and seasoned professional. Not one to take himself seriously PIMP-Tea, whose title is an acronym for Positively Influencing More People to Excel Artistically, purposely plays up his, nerdy, suburban white boy stereotype for an image that certainly make him stand out. However, PIMP-Tea lacks the skills to carry an album on his own. He presents no identifiable style; his poor delivery skills are accentuated by cheesy lyrics that fall short even when he is trying to be funny. Nonetheless, PIMP-Tea, being the master businessman compensates for his inability, through clever production and guest artists.

PIMP-Tea's best tracks feature electronic melodies. The track Shake Your Caboose, written by PIMP-Tea, could easily be dismissed as a fanboy emulating the clichéd trend of the booty genre of rap. Fortunately the track is validated as a certified club hit, thanks to the production styling of Neveski and guest, DJ STV's lyrical interlude.

Gollowing in this tradition is the sexually over toned parody P.Titty. Based on master music mogul/Hip Hop performer, P.Diddy's DIDDY, this song is the supreme example of PIMP-Tea's ability to gather great minds to enhance his music. P.Titty is the quintessential party anthem co-written by PIMP-Tea, featuring Mickey D and Bonash, and produced by Darrow Productions.

PIMP-Tea's ability to orchestrate with such fine talent is what in the end makes him a true star. If more artists had this kind of insight into their strengths and limitations, as PIMP-Tea, one could only imagine the quality and creativity of the music that would be produced for music fans to purchase.
