Recently while listening to my favorite morning news program Wake Up Call on 99.5 FM WBAI in New York, Public Enemy's Son of a Bush played during an intermission.
The lyrics immediately submerged me. Son of a Bush captures a raw frustration, not just the current regime, but at people in the United States for allowing so many horrible things to be done with their money and in their names. And of course who better to "speak truth to power" than one of the master poets of the human condition than Chuck D, backed of by no other than Flava Flav.
